Thank You!

Thank You SO SO very much everyone that came out to the wedding 2 years ago!
Since then we have lost 2 very important people. But I am so glad they were able to make it to the wedding. Chris, Hammy and I are still going super strong and plan on going to our favorite burger place -Dram Shop tonight and eating a some banana cake at Billy's Bakery
I miss you all. Most of you I haven't seen since the wedding. But I am so glad I could share that very special day with you.

Aunt Sherry

Aunt Sherry was an amazing part of my life growing up in California. She supported my moody teenage angst and gave me lasting advice. She took me to outlet malls and sat me down to discuss my future. She was a powerful and capable women that worked her way up in her career without a college degree from a receptionist/ model to a partner. She was profoundly influential on my life and inspires me everyday. We lost her 2 years ago, just after the wedding. I was so happy she could share that day with me, I hadn't seen her for 3 years before then and I was so happy to see her when I walked down those stairs smiling. She was always smiling. I hope that as a woman I can become a positive, thoughtful, and powerful person like as was.
I miss you aunt Sherry.

Grandma Vail

Grandma Vail, Chris' Grandma was able to make it to the wedding and it was such an amazing and special time. I was so glad she could share that day and that adventure with us. Grandma Vail is such a caring and open minded individual that never passed judgement on people and immediately accepted me as a granddaughter even when I was only dating Chris. And that lady was fun! Did you see that photo of her with a tattoo on her cheek? She was amazing. I can not use enough adjectives to describe her.
We lost her recently but I will miss her so very much. Her christmas cookies and letters she would send up to NYC to us made us feel so much closer to her during the holidays. I aspire to be a woman as great as she was.

The Bear at the Party

Meet the star of the Show: David the Bear

::Behind the Scenes::

My brother in law, David, was the man behind the bear. Apparently he got so hot in the suit while breaking it down on the dance floor he almost fainted. Thanks for taking one for the team David!
